Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Cancellations:

Cancellation of any order will be accepted only within 24 hours of an order being placed.

To cancel your order, please mail us at customerservice@yarnindia.in 

Exchange:

We do not allow exchange.

Returns and Refunds:

If you receive a damaged product, please send an unpacking video and picture of the product within 24 hours of receiving it on this email address- customerservice@yarnindia.in.

Yarn India shall arrange for reverse logistics for returns. In case there are locations where we cannot arrange for reverse logistics, we will request the customer for self shipping the product. Yarn India will pay for the same.

Refunds will be deposited to customer bank account within 7 working days of receiving the damaged product.
